John Krasinski named Sexiest Man Alive of 2024

John Krasinski has been named the “Sexiest Man Alive 2024” by People magazine.
The actor expressed surprise at receiving the title and joked about the high expectations it brings.
“Just immediate blackout, actually. Zero thoughts,” he told PEOPLE. “Other than maybe I’m being punked. That’s not how I wake up, thinking, ‘Is this the day that I’ll be asked to be Sexiest Man Alive?’ And yet it was the day you guys did it. You guys have really raised the bar for me.”
His wife, Emily Blunt, was excited about the nomination and joked about wallpapering their house with the title.
“Do we have that on camera? Because that’s like a binding contract, I think,” he said. “My children will love that, it won’t be weird at all.”
Krasinski emphasized his gratitude for his wife’s support and love, and acknowledged that winning the title may mean more household chores for him.
Other contenders for the title included Manny Jacinto, Adam Brody, and Pedro Pascal.
