Be a Hero for an Animal in Need!

The Humane Society for Hamilton County in Fishers is participating in the annual Clear the Shelters adoption event on Saturday, August 24, from noon to 5 p.m. With over 600 animals in their care, the shelter is offering adoptions for $10 to help find these pets loving homes. The event marks Clear the Shelters’ 10th anniversary and includes free preventatives, spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, and more with each adoption.

The first 50 attendees will receive a free goodie bag, and interested adopters can fill out an application in advance. Community engagement manager Lily Darling emphasized the urgency of finding homes for these animals, urging the community to step up and provide them with the love they deserve.
