If you struggle with too much to do and too little time to do it, you are not alone.  I would imagine most of us want to get more done and be productive. The most productive part of the day should be the first three hours of your day and in order to do that there are some things you’ll need to do before you go to bed,

One, is make sure you get a good night’s sleep.  This may seem obvious, but we often ignore it.  But getting 7-8 hours a sleep is going to lead to better brain function and overall health.

Along those lines – wake up at the same time each morning.  Like going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time gets our body and brain into a regular routine.  But it’s important that your wake up time allows you enough time to get ready and with time to spare.  Not feel rushed or hurried, will give you peace of mind.

Finally, when you wake up.  Think positive!  Yes, being mindful of what you are grateful or thankful for – being positive, will help set the tone for the day.

If you want to have a much more productive tomorrow – especially morning, do these 3 things – get enough sleep, get up at the same time everyday and wake up thinking positive thoughts.
