First of all, they’re not Sean’s. They’re Hungry Girl’s, BUT — I modified them to make them my own.
The major premise here is to use bell peppers instead of tortilla chips. Ways we deviated from HG’s recipe…
- We used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- We used extra lean ground turkey instead of beef.
Honestly, I didn’t miss the crunch of the chip. The peppers sufficed and this really satisfied my nacho craving.
