Magazines are overflowing with diets for us to try.  Probably, most of them will work for a while.

So what is it that gets in the way of them continuing to work?  For me, it’s that I start craving what I’m not getting to eat … like … dessert.

So when I found info about the Zero Sugar Diet that includes desserts, I had to share some of the recipes with you.

They sound delicious … Dark Chocolate-Covered Almond Clusters, Double Ginger Banana-Almond Oatmeal Cookies, No-Sugar Frozen Cherry-Berry Cream …
