It’s time for Our Acts of Christmas Kindness challenge. Every day we will have a new way of spreading Christmas cheer to do and make a difference this holiday season.
There’s that saying that it’s “better to give than receive” and even though receiving is not too shabby, there are many benefits to giving.
There is the obvious benefit for the person on the receiving end of your giving, but generosity reduces stress, strengthens relationships and helps you live longer. And if you give to a non-profit organization, you can get a tax deduction
Plus it feels good to give. And not that we give only because it makes us feel good, but it sure is a nice byproduct of being generous.
So our Acts of Christmas Kindness Challenge for today – is to give – and may you and others enjoy the benefits of giving.
